This quarterly routine check involves a thorough review of both the interior and exterior elements of the property to ensure everything is functioning optimally and to identify any potential issues before they escalate.

Inspection Components:

• Exterior Assessment:

  • Roof: Examine shingles, flashing, and gutters for damage or debris.
  • Siding & Paint: Check for cracks, peeling, or signs of wear.
  • Foundation: Look for cracks or signs of shifting.
  • Windows & Doors: Assess seals, weatherstripping, and locks. (Key to keeping home energy efficient)

• Interior Assessment:
  • Plumbing: Test faucets, toilets, and pipes for leaks or signs of corrosion.
  • Electrical System: Check outlets, switches, lights and circuit breakers for functionality and safety. (Accessible Light bulbs are replaced free of charge)
  • Floors & Walls: Look for any damage or signs of wear. (Holes in walls not exceeding 1/2 inch in diameter are repaired free of charge) 

• Safety Checks:
  • Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detectors: Verify they are operational and have fresh batteries. (If not batteries are replaced free of charge)
  • Fire Extinguishers: Confirm they are present, charged, accessible and have not expired.
